Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping rates

United Arab Emirates: AED 30 standard delivery. Free delivery on orders over AED 600. Remote areas: AED 40.

GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman): shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Free shipping on orders over AED 1000.

Jordan: free delivery on all orders.

Payment

Pay online in full, or (in the UAE, for orders under AED 600) choose cash on delivery: you pay the delivery fee plus AED 1 per item online when you order, and the rest in cash when your order arrives.

Estimated delivery time

United Arab Emirates: 1–3 business days. GCC: 3–6 business days.

Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp (if provided). Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping delays

Although we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics delays or a high volume of orders may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
